Be a TrainerNEHA Food Safety Training program strives to reduce the incidence of foodborne illnesses nationwide — the majority of which, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are attributed to improper food handling. NEHA Food Safety Training registers trainers to deliver quality food safety education to managers and employees in the foodservice industry and provides those trainers with the resources and support they need to be effective. To register as a NEHA Trainer, please submit an application to demonstrate skills in three core areas: food safety knowledge, training or teaching skills, and experience in the food industry. Additionally, a NEHA Certified Trainer must pass a CFP-ANSI exam or possess a REHS/RS or CP-FS credential. Registered Trainer Benefits
