NEHA Food Safety Training’s registered trainers may administer any of these nationally accredited exams accredited by the Conference for Food Protection-American National Standards Institute (CFP-ANSI):

• Certified Professional Food Manager Exam (Prometric™)
• Certified Food Safety Manager™ Exam (National Registry of Food Safety Professionals)
• ServSafe® Certification Exam (National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation)

If placing an exam order for the first time, please follow the 3 easy steps below:

• Download and read the proctor manual
• Complete the proctor application form
• Sign the nondisclosure agreement
• Complete the proctor competency exam
