HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Study Material - Risk-based preventative control of food safety concerns is becoming the standard for US food safety as well as being a global initiative. This training material was designed specifically for the dynamic settings of Retail Food Operations. The course material will give you the working knowledge to operate in a HACCP environment and will instruct you on setting up prerequisite programs and standard operating procedures needed for a successful HACCP plan.
