CPFHCertified Professional Food Handler (CPFH) – This easy to comprehend book is designed for line staff and non-management personnel in retail food operations. HACCP – Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Study Material - Risk-based preventative control of food safety concerns is becoming the standard for US food safety as well as being a global initiative.  This training material was designed specifically for the dynamic settings of Retail Food Operations. The course material will give you the working knowledge to operate in a HACCP environment and will instruct you on setting up prerequisite programs and standard operating procedures needed for a successful HACCP plan.  This course is available online or in textbook form. Successful completion of CPFM certification is highly recommended.

Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Registered Sanitarian (REHS/RS) Study Materials – Preparing for this comprehensive REHS/RS accreditation can be a daunting task.  NEHA Education and Training has developed these tools to help you reach your goal.  The REHS Study guide discusses the 15 disciplines of the REHS professional and is loaded with additional reference sources for you to study more in the areas you need growth. 
The REHS online exam review contains over a 1000 questions to prepare you for the exam you will take.  Randomly selected questions in each of the disciplines will help focus you on studying in your challenge areas.  This review exam may be taken over and over for up to six months. 

Continuing Education – All NEHA e-learning sessions are available for viewing at no-charge, and NEHA members also receive continuing education credits for these courses for free.  With these online courses, you can watch and listen to experts from leading organizations addressing today’s most pressing environmental health topics.  The slides and reference materials are downloadable, and if you need continuing education credits (CE), both course certificates and CE credits are available after the online quiz.
